The crusher absorbs technologies of various kinds of cone crusher in 1980s international level, and the structure of which is different from traditional Symons cone crusher. The crusher has the main advantages of all kinds of known cone crushers, and is used to crush hard rocks, ores, slags, fireproof materials, etc.

Structure brief introduction and main parameters: cone crusher PYX1600 mainly made up of machine stand, horizontal shaft, movable prick, balancing wheel, eccentric sheath, upper crushing wall(fixed prick), lower crushing wall(movable prick), hydraulic coupling set, lubrication system, hydraulic pressure system, control system, etc.
3. Main character: 3.1 Hydraulic pressure systems, the crusher has hydraulic pressure system to adjust the size of discharge hole and make sure the crusher operates safely. When there are metals in the crushing chamber, the hydraulic pressure system can make the movable prick descends and when the metal be discharged, the system then make the descended movable prick goes back and works normally. 3.2 Type of the crushing chamber. Easy replacing: anciently it is very slow to change the crushing wall, the new structure of cone crusher PYX1600 makes the changing very fast, because there is block tip on the crushing wall, which can fix the crushing wall once be supported by the bolt. The lower crushing wall is fixed by hydraulic pressure nuts, the back of crushing wall no need of any filling materials, so the changing is very fast and working intension be reduced.
6. Hatch adjusting: This crusher adopts high pressure enduring displacement transducer. It is at the operation room to adjust the place of discharge hole, you just need to pressure the button, the adjusting size of discharging hole can be shown on the operation platform. When the crusher works, motor drives the big conical gear under eccentric sheath through hydraulic coupling set and small conical gear, and makes the eccentric sheath rotate and the cone swing, by this way the materials are crushed. The main shaft of cone crusher is immovable, just supports the spherical tile and endures the crushing force, and the eccentric sheath transfers the crushing force, so this structure can endures a big crushing force and is suitable for fine and super fine crushing.___ can reach 50-80%(which varies from material to material).This crusher is suitable for the third or fourth step crushing of metal mining concentrator, or construction materials, non-metal mining and civil engineering,.
